本切药机是中药饮片加工的关键设备之一，整机数控化生产， PLC+触摸屏控制，自适应进枓，伺服电机控制格确进给_a能对多种形状和大小的药材进行“切”加工。上下运动的刀直接落在输送带上，象手工切菜那样轻松自如，可加工各种片、丝、粒，与现有的切药机相比，具有成品率高（比普通切药机提高 5〜8%），切断长度准确、调整方便，饮片切口平整、光滑，设备操作简单，维修方便，符合GMP要求。
 
Main technical characteristics
The herb-cutting machine is one of the critical machines in the herb-processing industry. The machine is digitally operable and PLC+ screen structured, could process filar, granular and sheet herb. Compared with other herb- cutting machines, it has the characteristics of lov/ bad herb piece ratio and good herb piece shape and can meet the requirements of GMP.
